Kizhi Treatments
The application of heat to the body by wrapping various herbs or leaves, or drugs etc. in a piece of cloth and heating it with or without dipping in suitable oil is called Kizhi treatment. It is the most common Ayurvedic treatment for pain management.

Abhyanga
Abhyanga is a massage that's done with warm oil. The oil is applied on the entire body, from the scalp to the soles of your feet. It's the most popular massage in Ayurveda, a traditional system of medicine from India. Ayurveda focuses on maintaining health through natural practices like massage and what you eat.

Kizhi
Kizhi is an Ayurvedic treatment in which warm poultices filled with herbal oils, powders or medical concoctions are applied and massaged over the body. The natural healing herbs are crushed and bundled into muslin cloth to form boluses.

Njavarakizhi
Njavarakizhi is a distinct Ayurvedic massage using Njavara (ShashtikaShali) or cooked rice mixed with milk and herbal extract of Kurumthotti (SidaRhombifolia) tied in cotton boluses called as kizhis. The kizhis dipped in medicated Ayurvedic oils will be applied all over the body or a specific part of the body to induce sudation (perspiration).

Pizhichil
Pizhichil is a beautiful unification of two classic Ayurvedic treatments called “Snehana” and “Swedana.” Snehana is an oil massage and Swedana induces fomentation and sweat. Pizhichil is a body massage which lasts for 60-90 minutes and involves relaxing strokes primarily aimed at reducing anxiety and stress.

Uzhichil
This method of treatment is a result of the blend of Dhanurveda and Ayurveda. Uzhichil is the systematic application of pressure on the muscles according to their structure, at the same time stimulating the nervous system and the circulatory system. This is done by oiling and massaging the various parts of the body.

Dhara
Dhara is one of the major oil therapies in Ayurveda treatment. In this continual pouring of warm medicated oil or a herbal decoction over the body is done. Dhara is a kind of external application of medicated liquids.

Nasyam
Nasyam is an ayurvedic treatment which aimed at purifying the head region and nasal passages thereby eliminating Headaches, Migraine and Sinus related disorders. The entry point of nasyam treatment are the nostrils which are considered as the doorway to t brain.

Steam Bath
Herbal steam bath is the best Ayurvedic therapy to accompany most treatments. This is because it helps to cleanse and purify the body, while also simultaneously detoxifying it.

Vasthi
One among the five major treatments of Ayurveda (Panchakarma treatments). This is also can be called as colon therapy. Various types of vasthys are available for various diseased conditions. This is an extraordinary treatment which can purify and rejuvenate our body.
